It’s been a month plus since I have given birth to my third child. Giving birth to my third baby was quite memorable for me. I was awake the whole time when I gave birth to her, from placing me in the delivery table, fastening my legs to the clamps, pushing and feeling the baby go out from me. Though my two previous deliveries were also normal, I was quite groggy that is why I don’t remember most of the things that happened.
Aside from the fact that I was awake, my doctor was able to remove a cyst from me. I was glad it was taken out though after few days we were told that it was nothing to worry about because it was benign. So until now, I am thankful for everything…the memory of child birthing and the removal of my cyst.
I really wanted to be fit and healthy. My body is my only capital in life. Aside from that, I will be totally useless to my family and the community that is why I wanted to do my best not to get sick. But the unfortunate thing is I am not able to eat a balanced diet or exercise.
So, I decided to plan for a program to have a fit and healthy body. Having a balanced diet is easy for me to do since I could always ask for food to be prepared accordingly but as for exercise, I couldn’t go to the gym or leave the house for that matter. That is why I have been contemplating of buying myself fitness equipment. That may be a treadmill or eclipse but of course, something that will fit the budget since I need to save for it yet. As for now, I should rely on walking around the house. I may not sweat but at least my muscles and bones moved!
Just yesterday I talked about my sleepless nights. Now, I am talking about the dark space under my eyes. Most eye bags are fluffy but mine are not. They are dark and shallow. It likes my eye balls have been sent to the abyss of my eye sockets. When I look in the mirror, I felt like I am the ugliest woman alive!
Oh well, are there best under eye creams available in the market today? I know rest and plenty of water is the solution but I guess rest is not my option right now. So, is there an alternative?
Being sleepless every night is really making me lose weight all the more. The stress is enough for me to lose few pounds in few weeks. It seems that the stress I am getting lately is more powerful than any weight loss pills combined!
Anyway, I tried sleeping during daytime but I think it is not enough since I only sleep for about 2 to 3 hours. I need to finish many things online and offline. Oh well, as of now, I have no choice. Sleepless nights are part of life if you have a newborn with you!
