Have you ever tried smoking cigars? Well, I have tried smoking cigarettes back in my juvenile days but for cigars, nah! I think cigars are for old and rich men. They seemed to me as premium cigarettes only rich people can afford.

Anyway, cigars have preferred brands too just like cigarettes. They have Rocky Patel, Cohiba Holiday, Don Tomas and more. Most cigar users are passionate smokers. They smoke not just to smoke but to appreciate the quality and aroma of the cigars they used.

From the list of weight loss supplements I posted earlier, one brand that stands the most is Hydroxycut. It has several variations namely: Hydroxycut, Hydroxycut Advanced, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Hydroxycut Hardcore X, Hydroxycut Max Advanced, Hydroxycut Maximum Strength Cleanse For Men, Hydroxycut Maximum Strength Cleanse System For Women, and Hydroxycut Shots. For short, Hydroxycut is one of the famous brands when it comes to weight loss supplements.

So, I made a little research on this brand. I found a review about this product at www.sybervision.com. Here are the Pros and Cons of the product named Hydroxycut:

Hydroxycut Pros: Because there are a lot of people that have tried Hydroxycut, it is pretty easy to find reviews about Hydroxycut. It is always nice to be able to have lots of different sources to research a diet pill and there seems to be plenty of WebPages about Hydroxycut. Hydroxycut can be bought over the counter at local grocery stores and pharmacies. Most diet pills can only be bought on the web and it is very convenient to be able to purchase Hydroxycut locally.

Hydroxycut Cons: Hydroxycut originally contained ephedra and was actually more effective. But due to some recent lawsuits against companies that market products with ephedra, they removed it from Hydroxycut. This bothers me…just because there is a little bit of backlash against a product that can really help people, the makers of Hydroxycut change their whole formula and replaced the powerful ephedra with a much weaker main ingredient.

Now, its your choice if you want to use this product or not. Just make sure to ask a doctor before taking anything in.

Living a hectic life requires a balance diet and exercise. And since there are times that the food we eat does not give us all the nutrition we need for the day, taking multivitamins as dietary supplement have become a wise healthy move.

As for me, I am taking up Centrum Multivitamins. It was a gift given to me by my aunt from the US. Having health supplements as gifts makes me very happy since health products here in our place are very much expensive.

Aside from the multivitamins, I take in calcium and flaxseed oil as part of my daily dietary supplements to keep healthy and glowing!
