Planning for an Online Shop

I am planning to have an online shop that sells digital goodies and some ready-to-wear clothes for babies, children and women. Since I am not really good with website scripts, I am planning to use a Wordpress setup for this and just install a shopping cart plugin and maybe a live chat software to answer live inquiries.
I am not yet sure when to start with this online project since my husband wants a feasibility study first before we spend our income on some business. Anyway, I am sure the study will start next year and maybe the launching will be on the midyear or at the end of the year. Oh well, wish us luck in our endeavor!
