Being a woman, we can’t help but feel insecure as we come to age. We know that our younger years will leave us sooner or later and for most of us, it has probably left us a long time ago. So, what do women usually do to stop aging?

Well, honestly for me, I think growing old is definitely an inevitable future. Everyone will reach that certain point, one way or the other but we all know that we can do something to delay the signs of aging.

Of course, the first and foremost thing to do is, start young. While you are young, don’t abuse your body. The more you abuse your body by taking in unbalanced food and living an unhealthy lifestyle can surely lead to faster aging of the body. So, if you are still in your younger years live a healthy lifestyle and eat the right food.

Secondly, wear less make-up. Most make-ups may help you look good today but because of the chemicals it contains; it can definitely hasten your old age.

Third, use an anti wrinkle cream. There are many in the market today. All you need to do is find the one that suits you. Some wrinkle cream can bring more damage than good. So find the best one for you. Consult a dermatologist if you have too.

Forth, just accept the fact that we are all going to grow old. So, just accept the years as they pass by. This will lessen your stress thus it will help lessen your wrinkles!

Cosmetics should not be expensive. All you need to consider is that the product you are buying is safe for all skin types. Since I am fond of affordable cosmetic brands, one of my favorites is the products from Ever Bilena Cosmetics here in the Philippines.

I prefer them when it comes to eyeliner and eye shadow powder. For the eye shadow powder, I like those that they produce under their Careline Brands. I have around five individual colors to mix and match with my dress. I think the cost of each color is around $2.00. My favorite color is silver.
