Conjugated Linoleic Acid

I just found out the studies have proven that taking conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) can help build muscles and burn fats. CLA is often used by body builders and people who want to lose weight. It also been said that CLA can help fight cancer, increase calorie burning and acts as an antioxidant.

So far, CLA are found inside diet and body building supplements. But it has to be between 600mg – 1000mg for CLA to be effective as a supplement.

By the way, CLA β€œis an isomer of linoleic acid (LA), which means that the molecular structure has been slightly rearranged. Linoleic acid is a natural occurring, essential fatty acid primarily found in beef and dairy products.”
