Does old age become a hindrance into learning something new? Will it limit anyone to be educationally active? On the contrary, being senile is not the end result by everyone old. It is a choice of lifestyle trod while younger. What can be done to trigger that learning-hungry glands? Be in the habit of answering brain teasers so that your brains work continuously into old age. You need not grow senile and be tossed where you do not want to be.

Because it is summer here and many are going to the beach and to public pools and resorts to cool down from the scorching summer heat, the risk of getting sick and ill is high especially among children swimming in pools. A friend of mine got a terrible parasite that confined to a hospital bed because she accidentally gulped the water from the pool while swimming. Owners of these resorts must also make sure that the pool waters are clean and though some have used intellichlor, it is still necessary to keep the waters safe. Individuals also must be responsible enough when frolicking in places like this to avoid accidents and injuries.

What is food like without salt? Ah, it would be bland, tasteless. I think we will always prefer our food to be tasty. Depending on which culture we came from, the degree of saltiness of our food will differ. Aside from giving taste to food, salt has other uses.

Sea salt, which we can get by the evaporation of seawater, is used in cooking and also for cosmetics. This kind of salt is reportedly more expensive but it is the preferred kind of salt for gourmet cooking. Sea salt is also known as bay salt or solar salt. If you have been more used to the table salt variety, maybe you could give the sea salt a try for your next cooking session.

I grew up listening to music and somehow I grew up loving guitar music. No, I am not really a musician, although I wish I was one but I do appreciate music and guitar playing. I have relatives and friends who can play the guitar so well that when they do, I could not help but hum along or sing along with them. Ah, I wish I had the voice, too. But I am not also a singer.

Speaking of guitars, I am reminded that there are particular guitar brands that musicians would love to have. I even heard from one musician friend that he “endured” a particular job so he can save enough to buy the guitar of his dreams. I have heard about one guitar brand which is said to be on the list of quite a number of musicians. They have been talking about Luna Guitars. Well, I wish my musician friend can have one soon so I can also have the chance to hear him play some cool guitar music again.

The Bag I Need

Some people I know love to collect things. Some would collect small items like stamps, coins and shells. Some would collect books and shoes. And some would collect bags. Well, for the bags, I notice that a number of women do. I think they love the idea that they can have a different bag to use for different days and for different types of occasions.

For me, I am not really into collecting stuff like bags for that matter. But I do keep a few bags to choose from depending on the occasion and the items I need to bring along with me for the day. There are days that there are just books I need to bring along for work and for such days, I would really love to use north face bookbags. All the stuff I need to bring with me can just fit into these bookbags. And this would make carrying my books to work so much easier. It is just the right bag for me on those book-carrying days.
