On Quick Weight Loss

If you have noticed, I frequently talk about wanting to have a quick weight loss regimen. I want to get rid of my unwanted weight gained that I had when I gave birth to my third child. And I really want to get rid of it as quickly as possible with a little less effort.

So far, I haven’t found a way to lose weight immediately. There are many times that I wanted to take diet pills but I am afraid to do so because I am still breastfeeding my baby. I am also afraid to do some exercise because I am afraid to lose my milk supply if I get into strenuous activity. And to top that all, I am sometimes lazy. If I don’t work, I just sleep. No time to do exercise.

By the way, what can you recommend for people like me? What can you say on how to lose weight?
