I have been asking for quick weight loss tips lately but so far I have zero answers. I guess I am alone in my quest in finding the safest way to shed some of this weight I have put on since I gave birth to my baby.
Anyway, my mom is telling me to go the old fashioned way – exercise. She says doing exercise might be strenuous and takes time but it is the most effective and safest way to lose weight.
So, does it mean it is all sit-ups for me?
